🥦 Air-Fried Crispy Cauliflower (Like Healthy Tater Tots!)
These crispy bites made from Cauliflower are a healthier alternative to Tater Tots. They’re crunchy outside, tender inside, and perfect as a snack or side dish.
Ingredients

1 medium head Cauliflower, cut into florets

½ cup Breadcrumbs

¼ cup grated Parmesan Cheese (optional)

1 Egg

1 tsp Garlic Powder

½ tsp Paprika

Salt and Black Pepper to taste

1 tbsp Olive Oil
Instructions
1. Steam or boil the cauliflower
Cook the cauliflower florets for 5–6 minutes until tender. Drain well and mash lightly.
2. Mix the ingredients
In a bowl, combine mashed cauliflower, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, egg, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix until it forms a dough-like mixture.
3. Shape the tots
Roll small portions into mini tater-tot shapes or balls.
4. Air-fry
Preheat the air fryer to 190°C (375°F).
Lightly brush or spray with olive oil and air-fry for 12–15 minutes, shaking halfway, until golden and crispy.
