🥬 4-Ingredient Roasted Cabbage Steaks

Instructions

Preheat oven
Set your oven to 200°C (400°F). -
Slice the cabbage
Remove loose outer leaves. Slice the cabbage into 2–3 cm thick “steaks.” -
Season
Place the cabbage slices on a baking tray. Brush both sides with olive oil and sprinkle with salt and black pepper. -
Roast
Roast for 25–30 minutes, flipping once halfway through, until the edges are golden and crispy.
