Easy Yogurt Cake
Ingredients

Instructions

Prep
Preheat oven to 175°C / 350°F. Grease and line an 8-inch (20 cm) pan. -
Wet ingredients
In a bowl, whisk yogurt, sugar, oil, eggs, and vanilla until smooth. -
Dry ingredients
In another bowl, mix flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. -
Combine
Gently fold dry ingredients into wet. Don’t overmix. -
Bake
Pour batter into pan and bake 35–45 minutes, until a toothpick comes out clean. -
Cool
Let cool 10 minutes, then turn out onto a rack.
