Peanut Butter Balls with Rice Krispies

Ingredients

Instructions

Mix base
In a large bowl, cream peanut butter and butter until smooth. -
Sweeten
Mix in powdered sugar and vanilla until fully combined. -
Add crunch
Gently fold in Rice Krispies, being careful not to crush them too much. -
Shape
Roll mixture into 1-inch balls and place on a parchment-lined tray. -
Chill
Refrigerate for 30 minutes until firm. -

Dip chilled balls into melted chocolate and let set.
