10-Minute Fantastic Garlic Flatbreads
Ingredients

1 cup all-purpose flour

1½ tsp baking powder

½ tsp salt

¾ cup plain Greek yogurt (or sour cream)
Garlic Butter

2 tbsp butter, melted
-
2 cloves garlic, finely minced or grated

Pinch of salt

Optional: chopped parsley or oregano
Instructions

Make the Dough (2 minutes)
Mix flour, baking powder, and salt.
Stir in yogurt until a soft dough forms. -
Shape (2 minutes)
Divide into 4 pieces.
Roll or press into thin flatbreads. -
Cook (4–5 minutes)
Heat a skillet over medium-high (no oil needed).
Cook flatbreads 1–2 minutes per side until puffed and golden with char spots. -
Garlic Finish (1 minute)
Mix melted butter, garlic, and salt.
Brush generously over hot flatbreads.
Sprinkle with herbs if using.
