Ingredients
Coleslaw mix:

8 cups very finely chopped green cabbage

Dressing:

⅓ cup granulated sugar

🥣 Instructions
1️⃣ Chop the cabbage very fine
Use a food processor and pulse until finely minced (not mushy).
2️⃣ Mix dressing
Whisk all dressing ingredients until completely smooth.
3️⃣ Combine
Pour dressing over cabbage mixture and stir well.
4️⃣ Chill
Cover and refrigerate at least 4 hours (overnight is best).
