Filling

2 cups mashed sweet potatoes (about 2 medium, baked & peeled)

1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk

2 large eggs

¼ cup melted butter

1 tsp vanilla extract

1 tsp cinnamon

½ tsp nutmeg

¼ tsp ginger

¼ tsp cloves (optional)

½ tsp salt
Crust
-
1 unbaked 9-inch pie crust (homemade or store-bought)
Instructions

Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).

Mix filling:
In a large bowl, whisk sweet potatoes until smooth. Add condensed milk, eggs, butter, vanilla, spices, and salt. Mix until silky. -
Fill crust:
Pour filling into the unbaked pie crust and smooth the top. -
Bake:
Bake 50–55 minutes, or until the center is just set and a knife comes out mostly clean. -
Cool:
Let cool at least 2 hours to fully set before slicing.
