Instructions

Make the dough
In a bowl, mix flour, baking powder, and salt.
Stir in yogurt and olive oil until a soft dough forms. -
Add cheese
Knead in the shredded cheddar until evenly distributed. -
Divide & roll
Divide dough into 6–8 balls. Roll each into a thin circle on a lightly floured surface. -
Cook
Heat a dry skillet over medium heat.
Cook each flatbread 2–3 minutes per side until golden spots appear and cheese melts. -
