Ingredients

1 tube refrigerated pizza dough or crescent dough

1½ cups shredded mozzarella

Instructions
1. Prep
Preheat oven to 400°F (205°C).
Line a baking sheet with parchment.
2. Roll & fill
Roll dough into a rectangle.
Spread a thin layer of pizza sauce (don’t overdo it).
Sprinkle mozzarella evenly.
Layer pepperoni across the dough.
3. Roll up
Starting from the long side, roll tightly into a log.
Pinch seam closed.
4. Slice
Cut into 1–1½ inch pieces.
Place cut-side up on baking sheet.
