Pepperoni Bites
Ingredients

1 tube (8 oz) refrigerated crescent roll dough or biscuit dough

20–25 slices pepperoni

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

1 tsp Italian seasoning (optional)

Marinara sauce for dipping
Instructions

Preheat oven

Preheat to 190°C / 375°F.

Grease a mini muffin tin or line with parchment.

Prepare dough

Unroll dough and cut into small squares (about 2×2 inches).

Assemble bites

Place a piece of dough in each muffin cup.

Add 1 slice of pepperoni and a small pinch of cheese.

Fold edges of dough slightly over filling (optional).

Sprinkle with Italian seasoning if using.

Bake

Bake 12–15 minutes, until golden brown and cooked through.

Serve

Let cool slightly and serve with warm marinara sauce for dipping.

Use mini pepperoni slices for even bites.

You can freeze unbaked bites and bake later.

Add a little mozzarella inside the dough for extra cheesy bites.
