🥜🍫 Peanut Butter Oreo Cookies

🛒 Ingredients

1️⃣ Prep
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
2️⃣ Cream
Beat butter, peanut butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until light and fluffy.
3️⃣ Add Wet Ingredients
Mix in egg and vanilla until smooth.
4️⃣ Add Dry Ingredients
Stir in flour, baking soda, and salt just until combined.
5️⃣ Fold in Cookies
Gently fold in chopped sandwich cookies.
6️⃣ Bake
Scoop 1½ tablespoon-sized dough balls onto the sheet.
Bake 9–11 minutes until edges are set but centers are soft.
Cool 5 minutes before transferring to a rack.
