Olive Lovers’ Dream Dip

Serves: 6–8
Ingredients

1 cup mixed olives, finely chopped
(Kalamata, green, Castelvetrano, or stuffed olives work great) -
½ cup cream cheese, softened

¼ cup sour cream or Greek yogurt

2 tbsp olive oil

1 small clove garlic, finely minced

1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
-
1–2 tbsp fresh herbs, finely chopped
(parsley, basil, or oregano) -
Freshly ground black pepper, to taste
Optional flavor boosters

1 tbsp capers, finely chopped

Pinch of red pepper flakes

¼ cup crumbled feta cheese
Instructions

Mix the base
In a bowl, combine cream cheese and sour cream until smooth. -
Add olives & flavor
Stir in chopped olives, olive oil, garlic, lemon juice, herbs, and black pepper. -
Adjust & chill
Taste and adjust lemon or pepper if needed.
Chill for 15–30 minutes to let flavors meld (optional but recommended). -
Serve
Drizzle with a little olive oil and sprinkle extra herbs on top.
