Brown the meat:

Stir in onion, bell pepper, and celery. Cook 5–7 minutes until softened. Add garlic and cook 30 seconds more. -
Season:
Add thyme, paprika, cayenne, Creole seasoning, salt, and pepper. Mix well. -
Combine:
Fold in cooked rice and stir until evenly mixed and heated through. -
Finish:
