3–4 cloves garlic, finely minced

Zest of 1 lemon

1½ tbsp fresh lemon juice

Instructions
Air Fryer Method

Toss bites with oil/butter, garlic, lemon zest, juice, salt, and spices.

Air fry at 190°C / 375°F:

Chicken: 12–14 min

Paneer/tofu: 8–10 min

Mushrooms: 7–9 min
Shake halfway.

Pan Method

Heat a pan with a little oil or butter.

Sauté bites on medium-high until golden and cooked through.
