Here’s a simple Honey Glazed Chicken that works for weeknights OR guests.
Honey Glazed Chicken (Stovetop)
Ingredients

4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts or thighs

Salt & pepper

2 tbsp olive oil
Glaze

⅓ cup honey
-
2 tbsp soy sauce
-
2 tbsp butter
-
2 cloves garlic, minced
-
1 tbsp apple cider vinegar or lemon juice
-
½ tsp chili flakes (optional)
Instructions

Season & sear
-
Season chicken with salt and pepper.

Heat oil in a skillet over medium-high.

Sear chicken 4–5 minutes per side until golden. Remove and set aside.

Make the glaze
-
Lower heat to medium.
-
Add butter and garlic; cook 30 seconds.

Stir in honey, soy sauce, vinegar, and chili flakes.

Glaze

Return chicken to pan.

Simmer 5–8 minutes, spooning sauce over chicken until thick and sticky.

Serve

Let rest 2 minutes, drizzle extra glaze on top.
