🧺 Ingredients (serves 4–6)

1 lb ground beef

1 medium onion, chopped

3–4 medium potatoes, peeled and thinly sliced

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1 can (10.5 oz) cream of mushroom soup (or cream of chicken)

½ cup milk

1 tsp garlic powder

Salt & pepper to taste

Preheat Oven
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish. -
Cook Beef
In a skillet, cook ground beef and onion over medium heat until beef is browned. Drain excess fat. Season with salt, pepper, and garlic powder. -
Prepare Casserole Mix
In a bowl, mix cream of mushroom soup and milk until smooth. -
Layer the Casserole

Spread half of the potato slices in the baking dish.

Top with half of the cooked beef mixture.

Repeat layers with remaining potatoes, beef, and soup.
