Ground Beef Tortilla Wraps
Ingredients (Serves 4)

1 lb ground beef

1 tbsp olive oil (optional if beef is lean)

1 small onion, finely chopped

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 packet taco seasoning or

1 tsp chili powder

½ tsp cumin

½ tsp paprika

½ tsp oregano

Salt & pepper to taste

¼ cup water
-
4 large flour tortillas (or whole wheat)

1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar, Mexican blend, or Monterey Jack)

1 cup shredded lettuce
-
½ cup diced tomatoes

Optional toppings: sour cream, salsa, avocado, jalapeños
Instructions

Cook the beef
Heat skillet over medium heat. Add ground beef and onion. Cook until beef is browned; drain excess grease. -
Season
Add garlic and taco seasoning. Stir in water and simmer 3–5 minutes until thickened. -
Warm tortillas
Heat tortillas in a dry skillet or microwave until soft. -
Assemble wraps
Spoon beef mixture down the center of each tortilla. Top with cheese, lettuce, tomatoes, and desired toppings. -
Wrap & serve
Fold sides in, roll tightly, and serve immediately.
