2 cloves garlic, minced

Instructions

Marinate chicken
In a bowl, mix olive oil, garlic, paprika, garlic powder, oregano, cumin, salt, pepper, and lemon juice. Coat chicken and marinate at least 30 minutes (up to overnight). -
Preheat grill
Heat grill to medium-high and lightly oil the grates. -
Grill chicken
Cook chicken 5–7 minutes per side (depending on thickness) until fully cooked and juices run clear. -
Rest
Let chicken rest 5 minutes before serving.
