Tips for Ultimate Gooey Bars
-
Use milk chocolate bars (broken up) for classic s’mores flavor.
-
Slightly underbake—the bars will firm up as they cool.
-
Sprinkle flaky sea salt on top for sweet-salty contrast.
-
Store loosely covered; reheat slices for 10–15 seconds to re-melt marshmallows.
If you want, I can also give you a from-scratch version, a no-bake s’mores bar, or a campfire-style skillet version that’s outrageously gooey.
