🍋 Ginger & Lemon Tea
Ingredients (1–2 cups)
- 1–2 inches fresh ginger root
- 1–2 cups water
- Juice from ½ lemon (to taste)
- 1–2 tsp honey or sugar (optional)
Instructions
- Prepare ginger
Peel the ginger (optional) and slice it thinly or grate it. - Boil
Bring water to a boil. Add ginger and simmer for 5–10 minutes
(longer = stronger flavor). - Strain
Pour into a cup through a strainer. - Add lemon & sweetener
Stir in lemon juice and honey or sugar if using. - Serve warm
