Dorito Taco Salad
A fun, crunchy, and easy meal that’s great for lunch or dinner!
Ingredients

1 lb ground beef or turkey

1 packet taco seasoning

1 head lettuce, chopped

1–2 cups Doritos, lightly crushed (Nacho Cheese or Cool Ranch)

1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or Mexican blend)
Optional toppings (add if you like):

Tomatoes, diced

Sour cream
-
Salsa
-
Black olives
-
Corn
Instructions

Cook the meat
Brown ground beef in a skillet. Drain excess grease.
Add taco seasoning and water (per packet directions). Simmer 3–5 minutes. -
Assemble the salad
In a large bowl, add lettuce, warm taco meat, and shredded cheese. -
Add crunch
Sprinkle crushed Doritos on top right before serving. -
Top it off
Add your favorite toppings and mix gently.
