Creamy Fried Bombs (Cheese-Stuffed)
Ingredients
Creamy Filling

1 cup cream cheese (softened)

½ cup mozzarella (shredded)

2 tbsp heavy cream or milk

½ tsp salt

½ tsp black pepper

Optional: garlic powder, chili flakes, herbs
Coating

1 cup all-purpose flour

2 eggs, beaten
-
1½ cups breadcrumbs (panko = extra crunch)
For Frying

Oil (deep or shallow frying)
Instructions

Make the creamy center
Mix cream cheese, mozzarella, cream, salt, pepper, and any extras until smooth. -
Shape & freeze (important!)
Scoop into small balls (walnut-sized).
Freeze 30–45 minutes until firm — this keeps them from exploding. -
Bread the bombs
Roll each ball in:-
Flour

Egg
-
Breadcrumbs
For extra crunch, repeat egg + breadcrumbs once more.

Fry
Heat oil to 170–180°C / 340–355°F.
Fry bombs in batches for 2–3 minutes, turning until golden brown. -
Drain & serve
Drain on paper towels. Serve hot while the center is lava-level creamy 🔥
