Instructions

Prep the beef
Rinse chipped beef under warm water to remove excess salt.
Pat dry and slice if needed. -

Add milk
Slowly whisk in warm milk.
Cook, stirring constantly, until thick and smooth (3–5 minutes). -
Add beef
