Classic Crab Salad
Ingredients (serves 4)

1 lb crab meat (lump, claw, or imitation crab), drained & flaked

½ cup mayonnaise

1 tbsp lemon juice

1 tsp Dijon mustard (optional)

1 rib celery, finely diced

2 tbsp red onion, finely minced

1 tbsp fresh parsley or dill, chopped

Salt & black pepper, to taste

Optional: pinch of Old Bay seasoning
Instructions

In a bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, lemon juice, mustard, salt, pepper, and Old Bay.

Gently fold in crab meat, celery, onion, and herbs.

Taste and adjust seasoning.

Chill 20–30 minutes before serving for best flavor.
