Chicken Parmesan Grilled Cheese
Ingredients

2 slices sturdy bread (sourdough, Italian, or Texas toast)

1 cooked chicken cutlet (breaded & crispy)

Store-bought or homemade is fine

⅓ cup marinara sauce (thick works best)

½ cup shredded mozzarella

2–3 tbsp grated Parmesan

1 tbsp butter (softened)

Optional extras:

Fresh basil 🌿

Instructions

Prep the bread

Butter one side of each slice.

Sprinkle a little Parmesan on the buttered sides (optional but 🔥).

Assemble (inside side up)

Bread (butter side down)

Mozzarella layer
-
Chicken cutlet
-
Warm marinara (don’t overdo it)

More mozzarella + Parmesan

Basil if using

Top with second slice (butter side up)

Grill it

Heat skillet over medium-low.

Cook 3–4 minutes per side, pressing lightly, until golden and cheese melts.

Rest & slice

Let sit 1 minute, then cut and serve.
