Cheesy Garlic Breadsticks

Ingredients

1 lb pizza dough (store-bought or homemade)

2 tbsp melted butter

2 tbsp olive oil

3–4 cloves garlic, minced

1 tsp Italian seasoning

½ tsp salt

1½–2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese

¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese

Optional garnish: chopped parsley, red pepper flakes
Instructions

Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C). Line a baking sheet or lightly grease a pan.

Prepare dough: Roll or stretch dough into a rectangle about ½-inch thick.

Garlic butter: Mix melted butter, olive oil, garlic, Italian seasoning, and salt.

Brush: Spread garlic butter evenly over the dough.

Cheese it up: Sprinkle mozzarella evenly, then Parmesan.

Bake 12–15 minutes until cheese is bubbly and edges are golden.
