Instructions

Preheat oven
Heat to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a baking dish. -
Blanch asparagus
Boil asparagus in salted water for 2–3 minutes, then drain and set aside. -
Make cheese sauce

Melt butter in a saucepan over medium heat.

Stir in flour; cook 1 minute.

Slowly whisk in milk until smooth and thickened.

Remove from heat and stir in cheddar, Parmesan, salt, and pepper.
