Ingredients

1 can refrigerated biscuit dough or crescent dough

½ cup blueberry pie filling (or thick blueberry jam)

2 tbsp melted butter

2 tbsp sugar

½ tsp cinnamon (optional)
Instructions

Prep

If using biscuits, cut each in half and flatten into circles.

Fill

Spoon 1–2 tsp blueberry filling into the center.

Carefully pinch edges closed and roll into a ball (seal well).

Coat

Roll in melted butter, then in sugar (mix sugar + cinnamon if using).

Cook

Air fryer: 180°C / 350°F for 6–8 minutes, shaking once

Oven: 190°C / 375°F for 12–15 minutes

Cook until golden and puffed.

Cool slightly (filling will be hot).

Don’t overfill or they’ll leak.

Line the basket or tray for easy cleanup.
