A 5-minute Banana Mousse, super creamy, no baking, very Italian nonna-approved energy.
๐๐จ 5-Minute Italian Banana Mousse (Serves 2โ4)
Ingredients

2 ripe bananas (very ripe = best flavor)

1 cup cold heavy cream (or whipping cream)

2โ3 tbsp powdered sugar (to taste)

ยฝ tsp vanilla extract

A squeeze of lemon juice (optional, keeps color fresh)
Instructions (literally 5 minutes)

Mash bananas
In a bowl, mash bananas until smooth (or blend for ultra-silky texture).
Add lemon juice if using. -
Whip the cream
In a separate bowl, whip cold cream with powdered sugar and vanilla
until soft, fluffy peaks form. -
Fold gently
Fold mashed bananas into the whipped cream using a spatula.
Slow and gentle = airy mousse. -
Serve immediately
Spoon into glasses or bowls. Done. โจ
