Baked Cream Cheese Spaghetti Casserole

12 oz spaghetti, cooked & drained

1 lb ground beef (or Italian sausage)

1 small onion, diced

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 jar (24 oz) spaghetti sauce

8 oz cream cheese, softened

½ cup sour cream

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

½ cup grated Parmesan cheese

1 tsp Italian seasoning

Salt & pepper to taste

1–2 tbsp olive oil

Fresh parsley (optional)
Instructions

Preheat oven
Preheat to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish. -
Cook meat sauce
Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
Brown ground beef with onion until cooked through; drain excess fat.
Add garlic and cook 30 seconds. Stir in spaghetti sauce and Italian seasoning. Simmer 5 minutes. -
Make creamy layer
In a bowl, mix cream cheese and sour cream until smooth. -
Assemble casserole
