⅓ cup all-purpose flour

¼ cup brown sugar

1 tsp cinnamon

3 tbsp cold butter, cubed
Optional Glaze

½ cup powdered sugar

1–2 tbsp milk or apple juice

¼ tsp vanilla

1️⃣ Prep

Preheat oven to 175°C / 350°F

Grease or line a loaf pan

Mix flour, sugar & cinnamon

Rub in cold butter until crumbly

Chill
3️⃣ Make Batter

Cream butter & brown sugar until fluffy
