🍲 American Goulash
Ingredients

1 lb ground beef

1 small onion, diced

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 (15 oz) can tomato sauce

1 (14.5 oz) can diced tomatoes

1½ cups beef broth or water

1½ cups elbow macaroni (uncooked)

1–2 tsp paprika
-
1 tsp Italian seasoning

Salt & black pepper, to taste

Optional: 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Instructions

Brown the beef in a large pot over medium heat. Drain excess grease.

Add onion and garlic and cook 2–3 minutes until softened.

Stir in tomato sauce, diced tomatoes, broth, paprika, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.

Bring to a gentle boil.

Add macaroni, reduce heat to a simmer, and cook uncovered 12–15 minutes, stirring occasionally, until pasta is tender.

Taste and adjust seasoning.

Optional: Stir in cheese until melted, or sprinkle on top before serving.
