2–3 lb beef roast (top round, bottom round, or sirloin tip work best)

Instructions

Bring to room temp: Take the roast out of the fridge about 30 minutes before cooking.

Season: Rub all sides with olive oil, then coat evenly with all seasonings.

Preheat air fryer: Set to 360°F (182°C) for 5 minutes.

Cook: Place roast in the air fryer basket.

Cook 35–45 minutes, flipping halfway.
