Here’s a simple Air Fryer Pavlova — crisp on the outside, soft and marshmallowy inside 🤍✨
Perfect when you don’t want to heat up the oven.
🤍 Air Fryer Pavlova
Ingredients
- 3 large egg whites (room temperature)
- ¾ cup superfine sugar (or regular sugar, added slowly)
- 1 tsp cornstarch
- 1 tsp white vinegar or lemon juice
- ½ tsp vanilla extract
Toppings (after baking)
- Whipped cream
- Fresh fruit (berries, kiwi, mango, passion fruit)
Instructions
- Prepare basket
Line air fryer basket with parchment paper. Draw a 6–7 inch circle as a guide. - Whip egg whites
Beat egg whites until soft peaks form. - Add sugar slowly
Add sugar 1 tablespoon at a time, beating well, until stiff, glossy peaks form. - Fold in extras
Gently fold in cornstarch, vinegar (or lemon juice), and vanilla. - Shape pavlova
Spoon mixture onto parchment, forming a circle with slightly raised edges. - Air fry
Set air fryer to 250°F (120°C).
Cook for 30–35 minutes. - Cool slowly
Turn air fryer off and let pavlova sit inside with door slightly open for 30 minutes to prevent cracking. - Serve
Top with whipped cream and fruit just before serving.
Tips for Success
- Make sure bowl and beaters are completely clean and dry
- Don’t open air fryer while cooking
- If top browns too fast, lower temperature slightly
Make-Ahead
- Pavlova shell can be made 1 day ahead
- Store in an airtight container (no toppings)
