👩🍳 Instructions
-
Preheat Air Fryer
Preheat to 350°F (175°C) for 3–5 minutes. Lightly grease the air fryer basket or use parchment circles. -
Make Batter
In a bowl, mix flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. In another bowl, whisk milk, egg, and melted butter. Combine wet and dry ingredients until just mixed. -
Cook Pancakes
-
Pour about ¼ cup batter per pancake into the basket.
-
Air fry 5–6 minutes, until golden and a toothpick comes out clean.
-
Check halfway; you can carefully flip for more even browning if desired.
-
-
Serve
Stack pancakes, top with syrup, fruit, or powdered sugar, and enjoy warm.
🌟 Tips
-
Don’t overcrowd the basket—cook in batches if needed.
-
Use parchment or silicone cups to make cleanup easier.
-
Add-ins: blueberries, chocolate chips, or banana slices work great.
I can also give a mini pancake bite version for snacks or a fluffy 1-minute breakfast hack for the air fryer.
