1 tsp vanilla extract

1/4 cup sugar-free chocolate chips (optional)

Fold in sugar-free chocolate chips if using.
2. Shape cookies:
-
Roll into small balls (about 1–2 tbsp each).
-
Flatten slightly with fingers or the back of a spoon.
3. Air fry:
-
Preheat air fryer to 330°F (165°C) for 2–3 minutes.
-
Place cookies in the basket lined with parchment paper, leaving space between them.
-
Cook 6–8 minutes, or until edges are lightly golden.
-
Let cool 2–3 minutes before removing (they firm up as they cool).
🌟 Tips for Perfect Air Fryer Keto Cookies:
-
Don’t overcrowd the basket; cook in batches if needed.
-
Flattening the cookies slightly helps them cook evenly.
-
For extra softness, add 1 tbsp cream cheese to the dough.
-
Store in an airtight container at room temperature for 3–4 days, or refrigerate up to a week.
I can also give a “double chocolate keto cookie” version with cocoa and peanut butter that’s extra fudgy and still air-fryer friendly.
