Ingredients (makes 2 slices)

2 slices bread (white, sourdough, or whole wheat)

1–2 tbsp butter, softened

½ tsp garlic powder (or 1 small clove garlic, finely minced — optional)

2–3 tbsp pizza sauce or marinara

¼ cup shredded mozzarella

Optional toppings: pepperoni, olives, bell peppers, mushrooms

Optional seasoning: Italian seasoning or dried oregano
Instructions

Garlic base

Mix butter with garlic powder.

Spread evenly on one side of each bread slice.

Pre-toast

Place bread butter-side up in the air fryer.

Air fry at 370°F (188°C) for 3–4 minutes until lightly golden.

Build the pizza
-
Spread sauce on toasted side.

Add cheese and toppings.

Air fry again

Cook at 370°F for 4–6 minutes, until cheese is melted and bubbly.

Finish

Sprinkle with Italian seasoning if you like.

Cool 1 minute, then enjoy.
