Air Fryer Egg Toast
Ingredients (per slice)

1 slice of bread (any kind)

1 egg

Salt & pepper, to taste

Butter or cooking spray

Optional toppings: cheese, avocado, bacon, herbs
Instructions

Prep the bread

Lightly butter one side of the bread or spray with cooking spray.

Using a small cup or cookie cutter, cut a hole in the center for the egg.

Add the egg

Place the bread in a small air fryer-safe dish or directly in the basket.

Crack an egg into the hole. Season with salt and pepper.

Air fry

Set the air fryer to 160°C / 320°F.

Cook for 6–8 minutes, or until the egg white is set and the yolk is cooked to your preference.

Serve

Top with cheese, herbs, avocado, or bacon if desired.
