Fresh Fruit Salad
Ingredients

1 cup strawberries, hulled and sliced

1 cup grapes, halved

1 cup pineapple chunks

1 cup melon (cantaloupe or honeydew), cubed

1 cup blueberries or raspberries

1–2 kiwis, peeled and sliced (optional)
Dressing (optional)

2 tbsp honey or maple syrup

1 tbsp fresh lime or lemon juice

1 tsp finely chopped fresh mint (optional)
Instructions

Prepare the fruit

Wash, peel, and cut all fruit into bite-sized pieces.

Combine in a large mixing bowl.

Make the dressing (optional)

Whisk together honey (or maple syrup), lime/lemon juice, and mint.

Drizzle dressing over the fruit.

Gently toss to coat evenly.
