Easy Fry Bread (Pan-Fried)
Ingredients

2 cups all-purpose flour

1 tbsp baking powder

½ tsp salt

¾ cup warm water (add gradually)

Oil for frying (vegetable or canola)
Instructions

Mix dry ingredients in a bowl.

Add warm water little by little, mixing until a soft dough forms.

Knead gently for 1–2 minutes (don’t overwork it).

Cover and rest 10–15 minutes.

Divide into 6–8 balls. Flatten each into a thin round.

Heat about 1 inch of oil in a pan over medium heat.

Fry each piece 1–2 minutes per side until golden and puffed.

Drain on paper towels. Serve warm.
