No-Bake Chocolate Peanut Butter Balls (Buckeyes-style)
Ingredients

½ cup butter, softened

2 cups powdered sugar

2 cups chocolate chips (milk or semi-sweet)

1 tbsp coconut oil or shortening (for smooth chocolate)
Instructions

Mix the filling

In a bowl, beat peanut butter, butter, vanilla, and powdered sugar until smooth.

Roll mixture into 1-inch balls.

Place on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
