3-Ingredient Pan-Fried Halloumi
Ingredients

1 block halloumi cheese

1 tbsp olive oil

Freshly ground black pepper or chili flakes
(That’s it. Salt not needed—halloumi brings its own.)
Instructions

Slice the halloumi
Cut into ¼–½ inch (½–1 cm) slices. -
Heat the pan
Heat olive oil in a non-stick or cast-iron skillet over medium-high. -
Fry
Add halloumi slices in a single layer.
Cook 2–3 minutes per side until golden and crispy. -
Finish & serve
Sprinkle with black pepper or chili flakes. Serve immediately while hot.
