Bacon and Tomato Sandwich
Ingredients (1–2 sandwiches)

2 slices good bread (white, sourdough, or toast bread)

1 ripe tomato, sliced

Butter or mayonnaise

Salt & freshly ground black pepper
Instructions

Cook the bacon
Fry bacon in a skillet over medium heat until crispy. Drain on paper towels. -
Toast the bread
Lightly toast bread until golden.-

Assemble
Spread butter or mayo on warm toast.
Layer bacon, tomato slices, and season tomatoes generously with salt & pepper. -
Close, slice, devour
