Tips & Variations
-
Extra chocolatey: Stir in 2–3 oz of chopped semi-sweet chocolate after removing from heat.
-
Rich and creamy: Use half-and-half or heavy cream instead of milk.
-
Flavor twist: Add a pinch of cinnamon, espresso powder, or orange zest for depth.
-
Layered dessert: Use as a filling for trifles, parfaits, or pie.
-
Toppings: Whipped cream, chocolate shavings, crushed cookies, or berries are perfect.
This pudding is smooth, decadent, and perfectly chocolatey, ideal on its own or as part of a layered dessert 🍫😋
I can also give a 5-minute no-cook chocolate pudding version that uses just milk and cocoa powder if you want a super fast dessert. Do you want me to do that?
