🥘 Chicken Bacon Ranch Casserole
Ingredients (Serves 6)

3 cups cooked chicken, chopped or shredded

8 slices bacon, cooked & crumbled

2 cups cooked pasta (penne, rotini, or shells)

1 cup ranch dressing

1 cup sour cream
-
1½ cups shredded cheddar or Colby-Jack cheese

½ cup mozzarella (for extra melt)

1 tsp garlic powder
-
½ tsp onion powder
-
Salt & pepper to taste

Optional: ½ cup peas or broccoli

Optional garnish: green onions or parsley
Instructions

Preheat oven

375°F (190°C). Grease a 9×13 baking dish.

Mix everything

In a large bowl, combine chicken, bacon, pasta, ranch, sour cream, cheeses, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.

Stir in veggies if using.

Assemble

Spread mixture evenly in the baking dish.

Cover with foil and bake 25 minutes.
