Instructions

Season ribs generously with salt & pepper.

Sear (optional but recommended):
Heat oil in a pan and brown ribs 2–3 min per side. -
Layer in crockpot:
Onion → garlic → ribs. -
Mix liquid:
Broth, wine, tomato paste, Worcestershire, paprika, herbs. -
Pour over ribs. Add bay leaves.
