Ingredients

Lettuce

Tomato slices

Onion (raw or grilled)

Butter or oil (for the pan)
How to Make It

Season the patty generously with salt & pepper.

Heat a pan or grill to medium-high.

Cook patty 3–4 min per side (don’t press it).

Add cheese in the last minute; cover to melt.
