Cattle Ring Dip 🧀🥩
Creamy, cheesy, meaty, and dangerously scoopable—this is classic party food.
Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 packet taco seasoning
- 1 can (10 oz) Rotel (diced tomatoes & green chiles, undrained)
- 1 block (8 oz) cream cheese, cubed
- 2 cups shredded cheese (Colby Jack, Cheddar, or Mexican blend)
Instructions
- Brown the beef in a skillet over medium heat. Drain excess grease.
- Season with taco seasoning and stir in Rotel. Simmer 2–3 minutes.
- Melt in cream cheese, stirring until smooth.
- Add shredded cheese and stir until fully melted and creamy.

Optional upgrades
- Add diced jalapeños for heat
