Fruit & Yogurt Parfait Cups
Ingredients (Serves 4)

2 cups Greek yogurt (plain or vanilla)

Instructions

Prepare yogurt

If using plain Greek yogurt, stir in honey or maple syrup to sweeten slightly.

Layer the parfaits

In 4 small glasses or cups:

Spoon 2–3 tbsp yogurt as the first layer.
