No-Bake Strawberry Delight
Ingredients (Serves 4–6)
Crust:

1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs (or digestive biscuits, crushed)

6 tbsp (85 g) vegan or regular butter, melted
Filling:

8 oz (225 g) cream cheese, softened (or vegan cream cheese)

½ cup (120 ml) heavy cream or coconut cream, whipped

1 tsp vanilla extract
Topping:

1–2 cups fresh strawberries, sliced

2–3 tbsp strawberry jam or glaze (optional, for shine)
Instructions

Make the crust

Combine graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter in a bowl.

Press evenly into the bottom of a 9×9-inch (23×23 cm) dish or individual serving cups. Chill for 10–15 minutes.

Beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
